CN Blue's Jonghyun & Minhyuk dressed up in their finest and just begging to whisk us away for dinner and dancing. No doubt they will have also prepared a secret performance, guitar and drum duet, on a disused bandstand lit up with twinkling fairy lights and the moonlight.

I wanted to say a few things about 3 groups but I just didn't know where to post them...I saw this post on CN Blue so I thought I'd just put it all here...hope you don't mind. =)
1) CN Blue - Is Jung Yong Hwa currently on the show "We got married"? If yes..that's interesting...I wonder what married life with him is like. =)
2) Big Bang - I was watching TvN (Korean Entertainment Channel) last night and they featured Big Bang on a show called "Wide News"..my, my, my...those boys are cute! (there's goes my mental teen self talking!) Especially TOP! He was shown wearing dark rimmed glasses for a coffee cf making...*faints* He's the one on top of your page right?
3) 2pm - And the guys from 2pm look pretty good too...it made me curious why Nickhun wasn't in the "Fly to Seoul" video..and then I remembered he's not Korean. Have you seen that video on youtube of Nickhun and Leetuk speaking english on some sort of game show? So adorable! =)

1 - yes! YongHwa is on we got married, but you should probably be warned that real life Jung Yong Hwa is the polar opposite of ShinWoo. Shinwoo, as you well know, is thoughtful, instinctive, calm, sensitive.... YongHwa is clumsy, awkward, slightly clueless but luckily adorable! I started watching , and found his "wife" pretty annoying but I did warm to them as a "couple" but they were both so awkward it wasn't too exciting and then I kind of stopped watching when they were taking their driving tests it got kind of boring, but I want to catch up, I think I miss seeing awkward husband YongHwa. But to be honest you're not missing to much, its more to watch him on variety shows maybe.
2 - BIG BANG! yes! They are probably our favourite k-pop group (along with SHINee and 2PM and all the others we also say are our favourites ...!). cute is the tip of the iceberg! I could literally write you an essay on reasons to love them, and T.O.P would be a good place to start. yes thats him at the top (t.o.p ... couldnt resist) and you're reaction to him in glasses means you have impeccable taste!
3 - 2PM are in big trouble right now, they just made their comeback, and we are NOT impressed by their comeback image (see some of our recent posts on back haircuts and upsetting eye make up!). Please watch all of their videos, but spare yourself from "i'll be back"! Nickhun is Thai and I read he's some kind of tourism ambassador for Thailand, hence he wasnt allowed to promote Seoul tourism. Is it the video where there are standing on some blue mats in sports clothes? I think its from Dream Team, and it was adorable, although I don't really like Nickhun - with the exception of We Got Married, he is on that show too, his "wife" is Victoria from F(x) and they are adorable together and much more fun to watch than Yong Hwa sadly.
I feel like I have answered this comment like an excitable teenage girl, but I had so much fun, please any questions, any time! If only I knew more than 2 real life people to have real life k-pop conversation with!

Answering my comments like an "excitable teenage girl" is more than welcome! I'm like that as well...only there's only 2 friends of mine with whom I can act like that with and I'm glad I can be that way when I write you too...it's great when I hear what you have to say.
I want to comment on one thing: Big Bang! Oh my god! The entire weekend was spent oggling at them--watching videos on youtube & luckily there was some sort of video special of them on TvN so I got to watch a chunk of their videos in one go. But my current obsession is "Beautiful Hangover"...to the point that I even uploaded a copy of the video on my phone just so that I could watch it at my own leisure. I even introduced the video/band to my friend and she loved it as well. She couldn't believe the voice that came out of Top haha! Oh and G Dragon looked sooo good too. How come Seung ri wasn't in the group shots though? And what happened to him after he made those "racist" comments--I read about it on google. How long ago did this happen? I'm curious..apart from him and Jay Park, do things like that happen often with Kpop artists?
And may I share a story with you? Last week our company had this "music summit" (that our dept. organized) and one of the guest speakers was this guy (david shim) from Korea. I think he's one of the founders of MNet. I made it a point to be there during his talk and I was soo excited because I wanted to hear his stories because I'm pretty sure he's going to mention groups that I know and like. I was asked to pick him up at the ground floor and I couldn't say much because I kept thinking of a nice thing to ask or say..but he simply made small talk about the summit. I also didn't get to start his talk because somebody asked me to pick up another guest...ggrrrr! When I was finally able to listen to him without interruptions he was already in the middle of the talk and I'm pretty sure he's already mentioned Super Junior or Big Bang early on. He did share stories on 2pm, Sandara Park, JYP and BoA--those were the only ones I caught. I was then asked to take him downstairs after his talk to his car and I thought it was a good chance for me to ask my kpop questions...but a manager accompanied us so I ended up just carrying his bag for him. He knows Lee Min Ho and Jang Geun Suk!!! I could've died of envy right there! Sadly, that's probably the closest I could ever get to LMH or JGS.

An entire weekend spent on Big Bang sounds like a GREAT weekend to me. Beautiful Hangover is a great video too, GD and TOP are perfect as ever. Seungri is in the group shots, its TOP who isnt, he had hurt his neck somehow so wasnt dancing in this video.
I had never heard about Seungri's racist comments, just looked it up, i think he apologised somewhere and it died down, it certainly hasn't harmed his popularity in Korea at all, hes still very popular and is doing well on variety shows etc. As for "scandals" like that, and Jay Park, rather than it happening often, its more that Korea is a very intense society with a lot of really sensitive "netizens" who will take a small thing and make a huge deal out of it. There are a lot of "anti fans" who will pick away at something and create whole groups just to hate on people, even today, Jonghyun from SHINee has revealed he is dating an actress and the poor girl has already had to close her homepage, and people have started antifan cafes just to hate on her, its pretty extreme, so when somebody slips up, its kind of hard for them to have it pass by unnoticed.
Another great story from your work. look at it this way, you held the bag held in the hand that has touched the hand of JGS and LMH, thats pretty great!!
