The funny thing was that I already wanted to do a post, congratulating all those loves of mine who just recently became 'men' (I am grateful for them growing up fast, and wish they would all hurry up and come of age), but I just hadn't gotten around to writing it yet. After seeing this, however, I could hardly delay another moment.
I think my favourite aspects of this photo and the ensuing moments thereafter are their caressing arms. Cheondong really does go in for the kill, firmly pressing Seungho's face and head in towards him - powerful moves indeed. And even more endearing than this is Junhyung's arm wrap around Eunhyuk's waist, so tender. Not such the hard rapper now.
I also like the clamp of neck and jaw by Eunhyuk - I would probably adopt the same technique for Junhyung. Also, I don't think either of these two 'came of age', I'm pretty sure they were just joining in for the fun of it.I guess there's not that much I ever really wanted to say on the 'Coming of age' topic. I'm confused, why didn't Junhyung kiss his own band mate Yoseob and then Eunhyuk and Leeteuk could just have applauded from the sides , or made out with each other as usual..., after all its their radio show. I want to know whose lust for another made the pairings end up this way,, option 1 - MBLAQ are so in love with each other they refuse to separate and partake in "interband" liasons. option 2 - EunHyuk and JunHyung and their matching couple shirts are so desperate to make out that they disregard their own band members. option 3 - Junhyung will do anything to avoid getting intimate with Yoseob.... I could go on..
I'm also so confused by Cheondongs outfit, is it even him???, hes so zipped up in there it could be anyone, and don't hate me Thunder fans but he's a whole lot more attractive to me in an all black pointy toes ensemble with minimal amount of face showing. Jessica I commend your coming of age photo selection, what a dazzling group. Seungri and Kibum will have to find another Nuna i'm afraid, but the rest are all invited to a coming of age party, chez moi, tonight, or any other night, (although, MinWoo and LeeU might have to complete some kind of charm appeal to gain entry, but I have a feeling they'll do well).
Finally, i'm sure you haven't forgotten but I want to remind you of Jonghyun's birthday party in Hello Baby, when Onew brings him roses and underwear and then Jonghyun makes a slightly lewd reference to Key along the lines of, you can give me your present later honey... if it wasnt 3.30AM i'd be rewatching it and making a GIF of his facial expression faster than Lee Joon can rip his shirt open...
Korea evidently gets so many things right. And the East Asian tradition for close boy on boy contact is possibly one of my most favoured aspects of this correctness.

Leeteuk's Mufty day emsemble is indeed gross. Sadly, I expect that this is hot a lot of the SuJu boys dress on those coverted days off. I don't know why I have this assumption, but I do. Obviously "listen ghur, baby ghur" is not included.
I did actually what to question why there was no Chansung kissing. I personally would have liked to have seen some images of this, of Junho helping him to come of age. This would have been nice. Really any of his band members helping out, even Khun. But nevermind. I'm sure there'll be another occasion viable for this.
As for the party, can I be co-host, pretty please? I second everything you aay entirely about who is in attendance, and who is on the maybe list. Seungri should bring his hyungs to ensure his passage way in, and Kibum will hopefully be washing his hair.

yes the cover up! I think she saw him coming, rolled her eyes at the bleach terror animated featured and reached for the beekeeper. I'm convinced that the unappealing "novelty" outfits that randomly crop up on unlucky members are often the result of a snubbed stylist noona reaping her revenge for something or other, or just exorcising her own favouritism. I mean there was obviously a genius behind the decision that Kwang should be showing just a slight hint of hip bone and lower torso throughout the whole of the Shock promotions, theres no way any girl in her right min would have wasted that on Seob.
Im thrilled to hear that Bonamana is on the ipod, im as addicted to it as ever. SuJu posts still on the to do list, but soon my dear, soon you will be as helpless as me to their charms.

I often feel as though my knowledge is completely useless and no one will ever understand why I keep these things in my head. Barring the fact that so much of the music is so damn catchy I physically (mentally?) can't get it out even if I try, it's just something I truly love. I'm relatively new to the KPop scene, having spent much of the last 10+ years in JRock. So I could write a discourse on the ways and hows of how JRock has evolved. That being said, KPop just makes me feel happier and I love it. Sometimes I feel like it's my closely-guarded secret and very selfishly, I enjoy that most people don't know what I'm talking about, simply because it's something I can keep to myself (well, or try, anyway). On the other hand, when I DO try to share, most people just don't get it. :( So when GD/TOP and 2NE1 make it in the states, I suppose I can just say I was there first. And on behalf of my country, I do apologize for what Kanye did to DBSK. I'm making the angry face that Jan Di makes in Boys Before Flowers, just so you can imagine my distaste.
Sadly, I often think of that SHINee macro that says "You Must Be THIS Young To Ride"... and while that does make me a little sad, I still see god light shining upon these glorious boys, for surely, they are sent from heaven.

Oh no, it's never useless. There is always someone who is dying to have you share your facts and opinions with them - like Bunny or I.
I think Bunny can sympathise with you on the J-scene, whereas I am only just embarking down that route, a little.
As for keeping K a secret/sharing, yes, I know these woes only too well.
So few of the larger friend circles ever understand. But, you know what, their loss!
Oh gosh, Kanye and JYJ. I had kind of tried to block this thought from ever re-entering my mind. God knows what any of them were thinking!!
