Joon, Joon, Oh how we swoon

So, as we have moved past Black day (or MBLAQ day as it is now to be known), let's get right back on track. Not to be shallow, but this behind the scenes footage really is something quite special. Joon is not my MBLAQ ichiban (number 1) or anything either, but he is pretty great and I have always been appreciative of this. Not only is he obviously hot to trot, but he is pretty damned funny too. We are able to see him costumed on many an occasion and he often performs some pretty great stunts too:

Joon's legs
Seated full leg extension spread with skinny jeans and high tops. Dream combo if ever I saw one.

Some of his prime comedy moments are located within MBLAQ's Idol Army episodes for sure. One of my personal favourites would be episode 12, with him lip-synch serenading whilst rocking wheelies (wheeled shoes). Always quite the charmer, he is rarely one to disappoint with his appearance either. Here is a little bit more of the Joon we really should all know and love:

His perfectly shined body, gentle elf cut and general energetic throwing of his body into mid air... just what I like from a behind the scenes. Much like 2PM's S Body Calvin Klein shoot footage in some ways..

Mostly this video makes me want to shout, "Let's go", to Joon as the directors do, and have him sprint towards me full throttle before he launches his body at full speed even further into my direction. Just once. My guess is too that they didn't allow him any more clothes than the shorts for the entire duration of filming? Poor Joon. I hope he had someone such as Chansung (2PM) keeping him well UV protected.

Your "let's go!" Joon launching scenario is perfect, but why stop at just once, keep him going all day! in fact re enact this whole day of filming, you get to be camera woman, director, stylist, apply that sunscreen (if Chansung is unavailable, tousle that beautiful youthful shiny crop of hair into place...

The dance kind of creeped me out but the finishing smile made up for it.

Also, the double leg extension, I myself have attempted and failed (no surprises here really) a few times at this stunt as it is often included in the grueling street dance warm up section (yes really). I aim to have it down in time for my appearance on Star Golden Bell in 2014

To be fair, the dance did also creep me out. It is a bit much I feel, and not very tasteful. They probably directed him that way!

As for making this a whole day, I'm there. I forgot to mention, did you notice all the gaijin in the video?! I was like, uhhhm, excuse me, but what?! Seriously, I bet they didn't even appreciate him for all his is worth. Not fair, not by any means!

As for the double leg extension, I really want to be able to do it. Maybe if I practice every day... But I never had any idea your dance class was such serious buisness. Can all the 15 year olds do it??

Yes the gaijin?! honestly I take It personally every time a non Korean person is within 300 yards of any of them and we haven't been invited...

Well mostly the dancing is not at Lee Joon leg extended level, and we have yet to lift our shirts up mid way through a dance (although we did once slightly tug at our collars...) but out of the blue one week the girl who leads the warm up (main teacher is about 8 months pregnant and cant move so well) decided to add on some additional stretches, including the double leg, which was most received with a gasp, except by the 3 "dance school" type youngsters who had no trouble... I can do one leg at a time, so feel that my normal position about half way back in the class is deserved, and can still hear the newcomers gasping each week as the frontline dance crew bust it out with ease. If Joon was there, I'd insist he was positioned on some kind of throne like pedestal to signify his wonder.

It is personal. I'm always like, why didn't they ask me and you and Kayleigh. I love how much it's a part of our reality.

This sounds so brilliant, the dance class!! I really want to join, but I'd be terrible. Tugging at your collars too. You are too street.

If Joon was there he'd surely be teaching you a thing or two, dirty dancing style. A pedestal facing the class, no?

After reading about the three front dancers, I had another try at it. And I think I have damaged myself permanently :(
I can't even do one leg properly - it's still a bit bent..

Really I think i'm pretty terrible. Its exciting for me if I at least manage to feel like I'm ending up in the right position, I think my "street attitude" and dancing fluidity is majorly lacking.

please make sure to stretch properly first dear!!! I only attempt it after a good ten minutes of the warm up, also watch out for your spine if you fall backwards, thats usually what gets me.

Yes the pedestal would of course be facing the class, thats exactly what i had in mind! I much prefer the Dirty Dancing one on one lesson option please. Although I'm worried, which Joon will I get hot blooded, serious "acting" mode Joon who pinned that Noona against the wall and who flashes his honey abs mid "OH YEAH" or will I get startled deer nervous Joon who will freeze in stunned terror as I slowly grind against him???

I truthfully hope that the nervous second Joon is in fact the one who is really "acting", If you follow what i'm saying...

He could at least ask G.O for some advice, did you hear ... 20 girlfriends?!?!?

also i'm starting to notice our comments are entirely the formula of one of us suggesting some kind of dreamy k-pop fantasy which the other one of us expands on slightly?

This is great though!

I can't beleive we've already developed a creepy formula, what dirtbags. This is totally going to get dug up, Jaebeom style, when me make it in S. Korea.

Street attitude, what a fantastic thing to be aiming for. All I wanted was to get fit, but this is being added to my list of goals to attain soon.

I did stretch first :( I'll try again later..maybe if I do it daily I'll get there one day. I look like a large panda doing some drunken teddy bear roll when I end up on my back. I think it has the opposite effect of Joon's stunt, sadly.

Which Joon, which Joon?! I do really like the dear in headlights, but I ravaging undercurrent of strength would definately be welcomed. I totally forgot about this dramatic scene too.

Boy did I hear about the 20 girlfriends. Amazing. I was discussing it on the phone with Kayleigh last night. I'm not sure if I believe it, or at least that these were not slightly tenuous elementary school relations. He can't have had any since he's been preping/doing MBLAQ..
